Johann and Christa M. Pfuner have dedicated their professional life to growing businesses on the premise that success derives from innovation and listening to the needs of customers. Christa has designed residential and commercial buildings in Austria which led her to take over the responsibility of a General Contractor. Completing a successful career as CEO of LIEBHERR, an international developer of luxury resorts and heavy building equipment around the world, Johann, together with Christa left the colder climes of Austria for the white sandy beaches of Southwest Florida and established I&E Homes. The company has progressed since 1991 to become one of the major homebuilder and service companies in Lee county. Johann and Christa are now active in our community and various charities. Johann has recently been honored as Businessman of the Year in Florida. |

Thomas W. Pfuner,
Vice President, Licensed Real Estate Broker, Certified General Contractor

A graduate of the University of Vienna, Thomas joined the I&E Homes team in 1995 to become a real estate broker. In that capacity, he realized sales increases for the company from $600,000 to more than $5 million in re-sale and new construction. Today, Thomas is responsible for product development and quality control as well and takes responsibility for the company's information technologies. With more than ten years of sales and marketing experience and success in Europe as well as being a certified general contractor, he serves I&E Homes as the General Manager for residential and commercial construction. Outside of the office, Thomas headed the I&E Homes Racing Team where he has amassed numerous awards for his motorcycle racing skills throughout Florida. |

Heinz Pfuner, Vice President

A graduate of the College of Business Administration, Austria, Heinz has been with I&E since its inception in 1991. Prior to his arrival in the U.S., he helped implement and guide the growth of a chain of retail stores in Austria and was instrumental in the European business ventures of the family. With I&E Homes, Heinz uses his past management and financial experience to supervise the Sales Efforts, handle all financial aspects of the Group as Chief Financial Officer, and to coordinate public relations activities for the company. Heinz is a certified private instrument pilot rated to fly single and multi-engine airplanes. |

Martina Pfuner,
Vice President, Incoming & Entertainment, Inc.

Martina is the vice president of Incoming & Entertainment, Inc., responsible for guest relations. She coordinates all accommodations for visitors, including transportation, home rental and special requests such as sports outings and sightseeing tours. She is perfect for the position because of her affable nature and her penchant for paying attention to the closest of details. Nothing is left to chance with Martina as she always follows up to assure that a visitor's vacation is worry-free and totally enjoyable. |
